NOMAD Art & Literary Magazine, and Buffalo band, Free Henry!, are teaming up to celebrate and expand Buffalo's cultural scene.
Check out WAM, a monthly writers, artists & musicians' creative mixer/mingler which encourages conversation and collaboration. We wish to provide an environment in which Buffalo creatives from all backgrounds can meet, network, connect, show new work & enjoy the work of others.
The highlight of the event will be two main acts, with shorter open mic performances intermixed. In addition, visual art will be showcased. Guests are invited to participate in the "Community Painting Project" and mingle with representatives from the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, Buffalo Indie Market, and other organizations.
Open mic sign-ups will happen at the event. Please find the NOMAD table and provide your info.
Apply to have your band be one of the featured acts or to show your artwork/ multimedia pieces by emailing us!
