WHAT IS WAM? |
Derek Presti & Alex Foote of Buffalo band, Free Henry! and Erica Eichelkraut of City Lights Studio & NOMAD Art & Literary Magazine, are celebrating Buffalo's cultural scene by bringing you WAM!
WAM, a monthly Writers/Artists/Musicians' creative mixer showcases Buffalo talent & encourages conversation and collaboration. With a focus on live & local, WAM features new performers and artists at each event. Each event closes with over an hour of open mic, recently voted "The Best of Buffalo"!
Guests are invited to participate in the "Community Painting Project" and mingle with representatives from local arts organizations. All events are free & open to the public.

Don't miss our 2 YEAR BIRTHDAY PARTY at our WAM Summer Jam! Wed June 29th, from 6-10PM we will celebrating at 464 Gallery, 464 Amherst St.
We'll be featuring a showcase of acoustic performances from past WAM acts, a special spoken word performance, as well as gallery of work from NOMAD artists. There will be a community painting project, photo booth, live outdoor music in the backyard (bring a blanket!) grill food, beer, wine and the release of NOMAD Art & Lit Magazine Issue 5. We can't wait to celebrate with you all!
